Doomsday isn’t able to adapt to time/space manipulation. He was trapped in a portal by the JLA.
Honestly though, a single ki blast from Hit should accomplish what Imperiex Prime did, and render Doomsday unable to regenerate.

I don't think that Hit will be able to hurt DD physically, he could avoid him and keep his distance, at best run away.
