Cap, Winter Soldier, Black Panther and Red Skull fights The turtles from the 2014 and 2016 movies in a pure h2h fight? How does the fight go?
Bonus round 1: Now Cap gets his shield, WS his two knives, Panther can use his claws, and RS gets Cap's original shield.
Bonus round 2: Same as round 1, though Cap's team is joined by a Chitauri foot soldier(can only use his spear as a melee weapon), Ultron (the version which fought Cap, Civil War Iron Man, the other WS who fought Bucky and an Ultron bot. The last three cannot use blasters or any energy weapons (ala repulsors) or projectiles but can use flight.
The turtle team is joined by Shredder, Splinter, Bebop, Rocksteady and Krang (not allowed energy attacks)
How will their fights go in:
1. Featureless arena
2. Subway train station
3. Sewers
4. Modern office building lobby
5. Skyscraper roof

The version Cap fought was just that. A version that could fight Captain America. Cap was tanking punches and slinging him around with one hand. The Turtles are easily 5-10x stronger than Cap. And Bebop and Rocksteady are stronger than them. And Shredder is just...scary.
Everyone not Ultron dies almost immediately. Then they gang up on the robot.
Well I wouldn't call it a complete stomp. The Super soldiers should put up a fight especially with BP's vibranium suit. But yeah, the turtles are too strong too tough.
Turtles and co. utterly obliterate in both rounds. Feats of strength and durability like tossing freight containers like a strongman would a 20 kg kettlebell, flying headfirst out of a plane into the windshield of a cargo plane, falling from a skyscraper on a crane to street level, etc. Plus uber levels of fighting skill, dexterity, and agility.
BP's suit helps him survive getting knocked to kingdom come, and Ultron gets torn apart.
