Telepathic link so we will have synergy with our planning and our moves.
So many things me and my buddy Victor can do while completely undetectable by the others. We can easily be upon our enemies and cause havoc. He'll do his thing while I do mine. We can also cause damage remotely.
As for what I can bring to the table, here are just a few.
Power drain. He can take what he wants or just make you less than you are. With Doom's own power draining capabilities, our opponents are double phukked.
I can also just punt you from the battlefield seeing as I have extensive teleportation abilities. You'll never see us coming. A few more examples for good measure.
When we descend upon our victims, we'll be extra careful. Aside from being invisible, cloaked, and shielded, I will utilize all kinds of subterfuge to keep our opponents off balance.
If and when we decide to show ourselves, the others will be confused as hell. We will appear to grouped opponents not as foes, but as friends.
So here's what happens. I link up with Doom. We are shielded from attacks. We are invisible and remain hidden. We use phasing to avoid attacks and to move freely. We keep tabs on our enemies from afar. We will use illusions and visions to keep our opponents off balance. Those in groups will be very confused because we will seem as friendlies. We surprise our opponents because of teleportation. Those who do not have defenses against remote attack are quickly dispatched. Those who are not in groups are overwhelmed with our power. If you sit back and wait it out, you will be picked off. If you are aggressive from the start, you will not find us. If things get too hot, we will teleport to safety to regroup and renew our attack. We have the power and we have the plan. We will win.

First of all thanks for putting up the effort of organizing this Little showdown, I tried to keep it concise and fun. Sadly my imagehosting site sucks now, so I had to move my scans and be pretty late for this.
-------Bentley's Battle Plan -------
"Don't go to a war expecting just a fight"
I'll be allying myself with Supermutant for maximum efficiency thus forming the super villain team up Kang the Conqueror and Doctor Doom. Since there are many opponents in the arena we will initially refrain from straight combat and will use their numbers to our advantage, thining out the competition and wearing down the remaining opponents.
We are allowed to raise shields, coming into the arena we will be teleporting away from our opponents, cloaking ourselves and scanning the area with our tech to always have an idea of where the opponents will be. From there we will be teleporting randomly as we continue to prepare our assault so we are not easily found by speedesters.
My opponents however won't be so easily hidden, since I have the ability to follow them up to any distance within the battlefield, as I was able to monitor Nebula through several timelines: https://postimg.org/image/4i40w3px2z/

We will be shielded against psychic intrusions too, as our technology and magic protect us from any intrusion.
I'll be using these to move our army. Doom will be summoning mindless ones and I'll bring in as many growing men as possible. I'm also capable of creating solid holograms and disguise them through the features in my armor (and I can summon any extra tech needed). With magic Doom will also help to shape this disposable armor in the guise of our opponents so when they spot any of our minions they think they are finding each other. This way we will lure them into one united battleground which we will place closer to the most passive players.
When enough enemies are fighting in the same area then I'll equip some of our minions with high end tech that is capable of rattling any herald in this battle.
The bombs will be hidden inside our minions so any possible offense triggers them, minimizing the chances of fleeing the upcoming explosion. The actual priority of my minions will be to hit and depower any opponent that has been hurt or is weakened, so once they are defeated they can be teleported to our core base. The obvious exceptions will be Martian Manhunter, Blue Superman and the psychics.
Each participant will tell you how the are going to dominate their opponents unhurt, instantly kill them or defeat the opposition in a single attack. This is not going to happen. Each potentially lethal attack has a chance of only disabling the opponent heavily hurting them instead of downright killing them, most people in this combat have very high invulnerability, so they will end up alive (but barely) against most massive attacks (including my bombs). That's when my minions will depower them and get them into my (perpetually moving) base, to enact the second part of my plan.
I'll be using my techology to turn the numbers on this battle to my advantage. Effectually adding each defeated opponent to my army. Opponents will be depowered, brainwashed, magically controlled and when this all seems to fail, I'll put them inside one of my robots:
Since they'll be otherwise depowered, they don't present a threat to me while we work out their... rallying to our cause. If for whatever reason this fails we will kill the opponents.
So sadly for my opponents the original odds of a free-for-all will slowly become into a gang-on vs them. As my enemies are added to my ranks I'll keep teleporting them, using them to dump bombs on my opponents or just keep them busy while I time-freeze them for a clean cheapshot:
By methodically dismantling the opposition, I'll get stronger and closer to victory. I'm taking my time to pinpoint that the Ultra Diode Ray worked on Wonderman (an energy being) and that if anything fails, Darkforce beams have been established to be harmful to energy beings and I have access to such weaponry: https://postimg.org/image/1lpxgj1de3/
I also have anti-matter shields (this happened in Kang's first appearance) which in the Marvel universe is enough to mess Thanos up pretty bad, so I can definitively kill or incapacitate any opponent in the field.
Of course, I'm a generous competitor and I intent to share my victory with Supermutant who complimented this plan perfectly with his abilities. In case he decides to double cross me, I'll make sure that his Cloaking device is tampered so he's never in the same time frequency that I am, so no Ovoid mind transfer shenigans happen and that I'm alerted with enough time to react in case he tries something funky. Then I would just shut down his tech temporarily (as Iron Lad has done) or hack his armor (like this https://postimg.org/image/5ejnesz2kb/) and finish him off with my own tech.
But I'm more than willing to share the victory because, come on, then Evil wins.
deathslash - Darth Sidious – Allied: Deathslash to Supermutant Here's my strategy in the tournament. Let it first be known that I am using Darth Sidious as he was presented in Star Wars Legends (as the current canon version of him doesn't have nearly enough feats to use).
Sin, Supermutant, and I have all formed a team. Since they will both be a very far distance from me, I'm gonna need to find them. But that isn't a problem since Darth Sidious has sensed people from across the galaxy.

Even without the shield, Sidious is incredibly durable.

I'm going to use Life Steal/Death Field in conjunction with Stasis Field and Force Illusion to slow/weaken the opposition. You might be thinking to yourself "will life force drain do anything to these characters?". Well, I ask you this: has Superman not been drained of his life energy by Parasite before? Has Green Lantern been drained by Manhunters before?
When this is done, I'll create a Force Storm and attempt to bfr the other fighters while also filling the battle zone with fire and lightning(not really necessary, but it could at least slow some of them down).

Note that Sidious is so powerful that it took the omnipresent Force itself in conjunction with every Jedi that had ever existed in order to briefly hold Sidious inside of Brand's dying body.
Please notice that Sidious isn't "resurrecting" himself, but is actually immortal (by way of being a spirit). This means that even if you destroy his physical form, he can still exist as a spirit.
The good news for me is that unlike the vast majority of the competition, Sidious won't be seen as a real threat because nobody is going to try to take him out before dealing with Flash, Superman, or Zoom. That will be the downfall of my opponents since it will take less than even a minute to teleport to my allies, put shielding around them, slow down/drain my enemies, and then teleport them out of the area.

Then I use holograms or magically created illusions of myself to go meet up with my teammates. I wouldn’t be using Dr Doom correctly if I didn’t betray them all, at the first opportunity. Doom is the best at stealing the powers of others. He has portable devices and personal energy adapters built into his armor which allows him to drain the powers of anyone in this tourney. He has magically drain others as well. It doesn’t take him long to power drain, and he has done it while doing other attacks simultaneously.

So, I will use cloaking + time manipulation + power draining via tech and magic to take away the powers of my opponents. The Speed Force, Oan energy, whatever it is, it’s mine for the taking. Also, I will use instant teleportation to bfr. Finally I have a great array of 1-shot type weapons and gadgets to trap and/or ko anyone left. I’m writing this top section after I went through all the strategies and played all scenarios simultaneously in my head. And for that, I hate you all.
I had to decide which strategies would naturally superimpose themselves over other people’s strategies. If one strategy affected another, then I had to decide to what degree would that work and which strategy I thought would win out.
In the end, there were two strategies (almost three, but it wasn’t done fast enough) that essentially affected the entire tournament: Hal’s Time Stop and Flash’s Time Clone Armies speed steal/amp. Operation Sandman was leaning in the same direction, but focused on a time stop/sleep spell later in the match assuming they would have some time to accomplish their goals.
I want to vote Operation Sandman because the name is dope, the characters are dope, and I loved their strategy, but in the end I had to go with DarkSaint/Philo as the winners because of time shenanigans that I do believe can happen. Phuck you.

Pro tip, next time just give me the relevant scan, man. You made me wade through 20 + scans when you just needed like 5 of them to explain the time stop.
I buy your time slowing - but it’s not a full stop as both Deadman and Superman were able to interject. It seemed that the slowing happened within a nano-second, not that it only took a nano-second to pull off. This strategy essentially nerfed about 90% of the tournament. That aside, I’m sorry but does Hal know about the Miracle Machine? The ring may be able to locate it sure - but how does your character have that outside knowledge that it even exists? If he has it, you didn’t show it.
So I’ll assume your time slowed down scenario exists - which kind of bones most everyone else in the tournament. I then think you sent your duplicate ring on a mission, but I don’t expect it to come back because I don’t even know what Hal told it to do. Sorry boss.
BWR:
A lot of requests and if statements. If hermes grants you power means that there is doubt that it can happen. I do think Wonder Woman is pretty fast, but with Hal’s time-slowdown in effect, I can see her being one of those frozen in place.
Not only that, but Flash’s speed steal essentially means everyone actually is frozen in place. Hal and Flash effectively made this tournament about who is still able to move to win in the end.
Damborgson:
You made a great post. However, time-slow + speed steal kind of mean that the whirlwind shield (based on a spinning hammer) won’t function which negates everything you planned to do after that. I can definitely see you winning one on one against a lot of the contestants here - including Energy Superman, but Thor’s speed is not up to par.
LOB:
I can see Silver Surfer being able to function in the timeslow bubble Hal creates and operates in. In fact, Silver Surfer operating in the microverse makes him a formidable threat. In one on one combat, and even in the speed bubble, I see him as the most powerful combatant on the field. He essentially has an answer to everything anyone can throw at him as you’ve proven in your many scans. However, I’m not so certain he can defeat 100000+ Flashes. You make a strong case LOB and you do phucking amazing in tournament style debates. I want to see more of you joining up and participating.
Martian Manhunter - I find your initial premise to be incorrect. Hal and Flash are ensuring that everything will happen with no time passing at all. You choosing to not to do anything and play the long game just means that you got frozen in time and are unable to compensate.
Carver/Reality Warper:
Zoom’s fast. Elixir’s cool. Zoom, however, focused on Diana, and speed steals + speed amps have proven effective against Zoom before. I think that this team up could have been pretty effective had the other contestants not had such wide ranging ramifications
Operation Sandman (Leo/Digi/Smurph)
This team up requires a lot of prep to set up and I really want to see it work. I find the concept kind of elegant to be honest. It’s interesting to me that everyone decides to do a time stop, but I can’t see any of them really beating Hal + Flash’s time manipulations + speed steals in terms of pulling it off first. And no one on the team except maybe Nate would be able to still be in the game at that point, but he’s focused on teleporting his other two contestants as his first move. And smurph himself states that perhaps he cannot move at that speed (or at least that he’s not interested in proving the point) but that Nate can think at that speed.
I’d make a case that Nate would therefore probably be able to psionically react to the events that are about to occur within the time bubble. I’d say he’s still in the fight for the time stop, but then you have the Flash Army Speed Steal and I can’t see him functioning at that point.

Doom wins in the hypothetical match up I have of you four fighting eachother, but I don’t think any of you really has an answer to the Flash’s Army speed steals. Sorry guys.
Abhi very creative state strategy I do have 2 problems
the first is how is how he would choose the 30th century straight off the bat. we haven't really seen anything to show him as a clairvoyant to know what part of the future to go to for the miracle machine.
I also have a problem with the speed of his time stop I mean seriously speed of thought according to forum Rules is 30 miles per second, many of his adversaries move much faster than that and could have attacked already. There is also the fact that with this thread many time manipulators means a likelihood it wont carry for all.
Bluewater smartly relied on others taking out some of the peak threats outside his ability range first unfortunate for him no one seemed to do that which means that his whole strategy fell apart it was a good use of Wonder Woman, but she is simply outclassed in his particular tourney
Damborgson for me much of his strategy relies far too much on NLF. seriously his attacks are good and he has the scans to back it up, I just find it really hard to believe that any storm is going to have the power to deal with all these characters there are quite a few on the field here we can withstand the force of a black hole so he's going to need a storm that's many many many times the force of a black hole and it just doesn't sit with me
LOB solid strategy and an excellent idea to have surfer go subatomic making it harder for him to be found. well supported and ironically he even sells in the idea that surfer stops Superman (wonder how long he holds that particular view on these boards). To this point easily the best argument
Martian mind his idea of going into the planet is a great strategy for survival. I have a serious problem with his speed analogy however. I mean let's face it Martian Manhunter has struggled to keep up with spaceship that traveled at light speed. In fact if I recall correctly in Detroit area league he had to TK hang on with everything he had just to keep himself traveling with a spaceship carrying gypsy. If he had that sort of speed this wouldn't have been necessary. Using a scan of taking flash doesn't necessarily mean you're as fast as Flash Deathstroke and Deadshot have both done it, so it just doesn't carry any weight and too much of his strategy relies on this alleged speed he doesn't have. Also the splitting off of self etc so he could come back was covered ny "Id''s rule about characters who could resurrect
Carver and reality warper was somewhat contradictory carver goes on to tell us how he's going to decimate everyone and then his final paragraph he's going to wait out until the last one standing and take them out what sort of undermined it everything is going at all that effort with this being the case it's order through everything out for me and without Carver support I just don't see reality Walper's Elixir doing the job.
Leo digi and Smurf this is a well formed alliance with everyone really complementing the others well the strategy works well. While they too have a problem with this speed of the time stop (ah la Abhi) this is covered well by the fact that they are also shielded by shaman. This team steps into the lead ahead of LOB.
Dark St and Phil DS lost me almost immediately his idea of hundreds of flashs coming from the future falls apart when others have her time stopped instants into the battle. there's not much of an "available" future for them to come from because of this. since almost everything seems to rely on that it puts a huge hole Phil put up a really good showing for blue Superman which brought it up to the same level as lob for Surfer. In this field of alliances however without the flash side of the argument working it just doesn't cut the mustard I'm afraid. to enact this plan successfully you really needed to deduce who would time stop and blitz/KO before they had a chance to do so
That brings us to our final Alliance / non Alliance super mutant did a great job shooting himself in the foot and killing his teammates. Why he would stupidly attack his Allies first instead of last so they do their bit and take the pressure off him is totally and utterly beyond me. This stupid move which I guess fits with doom's arrogance has cost him dearly. Had he allowed the alliance to go through and then take them out of the end I would have awarded this team the win and him accordingly. Because of the Smart Move of having so many key players team together and how they others played theirs out. All these villains working together and not crossing each other meant of course there had to be someone turn on the others. He just made that turn the wrong way and to his own detriment.

It would have been interesting to see an alliance between any of the three LOB/Phil/Abhi using the tactics and showings they gave.
Abhi - GL
Though this tactic seems nice I highly doubt it's in the rules to call out for a miracle machine. It's not standard equipment for GL and I don't even think that actually a timeline exists where the MM is still available. So, as a judge I would have to say, no. Won't work and see Hal left with his own Powerring and powers in this tournament.
bluewaterrider - Wonder Woman
I don't think the help from Hermes will come as he is not in the tourney and an external source, like the MM in Abhis case. I would deem it against the rules to get "help". So you have to fight for you own. The lasso might protect you from MM TP but I don't see much offense sans the "get help from god XYZ".
Damborgson – Thor
Good offense and defense in the beginning. I am torn with the tactic, if it would work the way Damborgson hopes it would. The scans show me thor doing the things but in some he is taxed by it or needs much effort just for one. All together at the same time? Summoning a red sun, draining it, while draining all other, while engulfing the whole area in an impervious storm that teleports other out etc. I just can't see it in the scans, just parts, not at the same time and hence I doubt that it will work, though the amp with the armor would make him the strongest on the field at this moment.
LordofBrooklyn - Silver Surfer Post
If Surfer shrinks to microscopic leves, won't his Planetbuster become smaller too? LoB did a pretty good job to showcase how powerful Surfer is and that he could compete with anyone here and I don't doubt that he will take some out if he gets the chance. Right now I am undecided between Thors def/off and Survers abilities.
Martian_mind - Martian Manhunter
The tactic is to stay on a low profile, seek allies and take no chances at first. Since blue wanted to seek out teammates and mentions MM particularly I see them finding each other rather quick. Together they have the highest def/off on the field right now, with WW lasso, speed, strength on top of MM own abilities. However, the photobucket links didn't work for me, I don't doubt MM words but it was a bummer.
carver9 - Zoom (Hunter Solomon)- Team Carver & Reality Warper
I think Carvers tactic is really good. Taking Dianas weapons and going on a killing spree with the greatest speed on the ground. I see it working on auto shields and on the cast here. However, all at the same time, I know Zoom is the fastest but since all come battle ready and some are not that far away in speed, I dunno. As for Elixir, I read the powers but the scans didn't show me him taking out someone on the level of the guys on the field. Though I like to give it the benefit of the doubt I can't go into a no limits fallacy. So, dunno if it will really kill some of the tough guys. BTW I HATE PHOTOBUCKET.
Team Leo, Digi, Smurph
A lot of mental power and magic with an ace of all trades (if he chooses too), the tactic is simple and the sleep bomb convinced me since it will be magic/tp based and absurdly amped. However, I doubt that the members of the team will be as fast as Carver for example. Though luck for them Carver has decided who his main targets are and Z, Nate and Mimic are not a high priority. So, from this I think it's legit to assume that once Carver got his sword and starts killing they will be able to act, fatally.
Darksaint & Philosophia
Ok, interesting tactic but no, under no circumstances I see more than two or three Flashes at the same time and with the same powers. 5000? I doubt it and didn't see it in the scans, what I saw were two so three seems reasonable enough. Superman is immune to some things and a red sun or the lightning might power him up, thanks to Thor. However, I am yet undecided if the combined power of Nate, Mimic and Z won't be able to put him to sleep. Phil did a throughout job with his summary to counter every possible tactic, yet this team is facing multiple opponents and I think right now the way to victory is not raw power and speed but who targets who first.
Loki, Kang, Sidious, Doom
They benefit, like Leo, Digi and Smurph, from not being the first target of the rest, they are however also extremely slow compared to the cast and since they are ready to betray each other, especially Doom, I think that they are not really very coordinated in their tactic. Potentially they pack as a team the greatest arsenal and versatility but I don't see a coherent agreement between them. None of the Sidious scans worked for me btw....
Summary:
It's hard for me to judge this and I apologize as I had a lot of work lately (new job). I read your posts (wrote down after each what I was thinking after reading it) and looked at the scans that worked. I am however undecided. The most convincing write ups were Leo-Digi-Smurph and Darksaint-Phil. Loki-Kang-Sidious-Doom and Carver-Elixir bring a lot to the table and a team up on the fly with WW and MM would give them a higher chance to survive. The lone wolfs, or single fighters would be overwhelmed by the teams here imo, even if they are such powerhouses. So what would happen? Mayhem. Those teams with a solid tactic, which are not first prio of others have the best chance. DS and Phil would win, straight up, against anyone here but it looks to me like they would have their hands full with everyone sans team Evil (LoKaSiDo) and team Sleeper (LeDiSm). Since team Evil is full of non-team players I see them failing against a Sleep bomb as they too would focus on the powerhouses. So I am torn, would DS and Phil finish or survive the onslaught, because to me it looks like they would take the majority of the focus. Will team LeDiSm have enough time to pull their sleep bomb off and would it work. If I have to decide, then I think in the end the magic/mind will prevail, while the others slaughter each other. GG to all but my vote goes to team Leo, Digi, Smurp.
Hey Id, thanks for hosting and sorry for the delay, I hopy my reasoning makes sense to you. If you think it unfair, take it out ^^. But that's how I felt/though while reading.
I blame Hollywood for peddling time travel myths. I don't NEED an available future to come from, lol. Just like Imperiex didn't need one, a causal loop does not need a beginning timeline to start.
As for the number of guys I can send back? It's the same guy. Only one guy is travelling back.
