From Hit's perspective, it's like a still photo predicting where you're going to hit in the next frame. You should be able to course correct easy, because you're reacting to a still image.
Hit would have needed to close his eyes every time he threw a punch to land on frozen Goku's blocking arm.

In the English dub, King Kai states that Goku was literally forcing himself into the future when he fought Hit(via his use of SSB+KK.) That is not only how he countered the time-skip, but also why his powers were completely burned out a few episodes later.
...Though that may have *just* been stated in the English dub. Later on I'll have to look and see if the Japanese translation/subs corroborates this.

99.9% sure Jiren is stronger, but I really don't believe Toppo was taking his latent-god abilities into account when making that assessment. Keep in mind that Toppo also said he had no idea who would win between him and pre-tournament Goku, whereas there's no doubt that current Toppo would annihilate pre-tournament Goku.

By Dragon Ball standards he's pretty cool/chill and unique as a fighter. Was going more at that, than his power level/potential. With the way power-ups or zenkais happen out of the ass now, may as well say everyone in the show of note is a mary sue/gary stu at this point...
Vegeta and especially Goku is retarded, he should have just died from runing out of stamina by now, he had 10 bazillion fights in TOP and not only he is not exhausted but he is like 20 times stronger then when the tournament started....
