I don't know what my "favorite" is, but I watched Raw the other day. A French film. It was awesome.
The Look of Silence and The Act of Killing (they kind of go together) are both amazing documentaries.
I don't watch enough foreign films and would probably appreciate some good recommendations.

I cannot recommend The Intouchables, Oldboy, or, especially, A Separation highly enough.
