He's saying that the Russians are creating these in order to stir up the alt right and get them to show up and commit violence against the people screaming at the sky tomorrow.
But like I said, it doesn't need to be Russians because Antifa are mostly communists. They are perfectly capable of this insanity all on their own.

Thankfully it seems they have insured that if youtube begins f*cking people over(more than they already are) they'll still be earning enough revenue to keep their shows going.
