Bill would have to be willing to kill to stop someone like Battle Beast. He'll get chopped up if he doesn't match the intensity. Bill should have the advantage due to ranged attacks.

This would be an awesome fight. The two are very similar in their ferocity.
Stormbreaker is too much though. Once Bill goes Cosmic and starts unleashing his energy blasts and charged hammer hits, Battle Beast can't keep up.

Bill has the versatility for sure. He probably is stronger and more durable, but Beast's damage soak is nothing to scoff at and his speed could potentially give bill problems. Bill takes this 6-7/10.
