The DCEU villains are powerful physically. I mean DC Movies really love their "Boom Boom" and Building smashing battle.
Traditionally, DCEU Doomsday is seen pretty at the top of DCEU villains ranking so far. But I feel the DCEU Ares should the one at the top until maybe Steppenwolf.
Reason is, While Wonder Woman did defeat him, it was a plot device victory. Many movie goers and comic book junkies who watched the movie may have missed that Plot moment in the movie. Ares' power is fueled by war, hate and violence. So when WW was in rage, Ares was happy powering up but she snap out of it and realized about Calm,love and compassion which weakened Ares or strengthen WW to defeat him. The Godkiller was actually being Anti-Ares.
With that being said, I believe Doomsday will fuel Ares and Ares will be able to defeat Doomsday till Doomsday "Booms" to evolve. It will be a never ending fight.
