I guess it depends on whether or not the writer will allow it. Juggs helmet is not the same exact thing and the creator of the Ikon suit made it haxx as ****.

Psylocke had no problem slowing down and destroying one of the strongest versions of Rogue using her TK. A rogue that was specifically using Quicksilver's speed, durable enough to tank heavy military ornament, etc.
