Either Strange's shields are very strong or Dormammu blasts and power is very weak. This is because Strange was able to block one or a few of his blasts.

If the latter is true then Dormammu can't put Surtur down.

Dormammu is Supreme Leader in his own reality, and no one to oppose him! Strange manage only to win because of the Time Gem!

Dormammu is a cosmic level character, title which Surtur doesn't even reach!

There was 0 way for Strange to defeat Dormammu reason why he created the loop to force him to negociate!

Strange shields has blocked Dormammu blasts. They aren't that strong.
Lack of feats or evidence to support something means it doesn't exist.
You must prove that dormammu has the durability to withstand attacks from Surtur. Otherwise, you are speculating without evidence.

At best, this is a stalemate because Dormammu can't damage Surtur.

Surtur is so far above Strange, the comparison isn't even worth the time it would take to type it out.

Like I said before, Dormammu has no feats, and Surtur is a confirmed planet buster.
