Most powerful evil characters in fiction (with stipulations).

That preferably use a sword or type of weapon.

I'm talking people who could absolutely godstomp Sephiroth in a matter of seconds in a fight.

They must be evil characters, and I'm not talking "misunderstood villain" evil, I'm talking pure, unforgiving, straight up evil.

Preferably no childish or spoiled brat types, more matured, lordly type dudes, who are also kind of cocky, but in a bad-ass way.

Okay, with all those stipulations out of the way... DISCUSS!

In that Case i don't know. Solar level dude with a sword...A Sword wouldn't be needed at such powers.
