KMC Forums - Can you guys tell me the name of this movie?

This scene looked like it was filmed in the 1980s, and a female villain was wearing black leather jacket, and she may or may not had on any pants, she was fighting both a male and female and they weren't strong enough to beat her. The way the fight ended was when the female gave the male some type of container to defeat the female villain and it some how lead to her defeat. I can remenber some of the final quotes:

Female: "Here open this"

Female tosses the container to the male

The male catches

Female villain mockingly says: "Yeah open it"

or something along those lines

The male opens it

Somehow the female villain gets defeated by the opening of the container, I can't remeber.

I don't know if the female villain was a vampire or what, all I know is I found the video on youtube back in 2012, If you know this scene could you please help me find the name of this movie?

I think the female villain was taller than the male, they were fighting in a black/dark area, and from my memory, she had that whole Debbie from Nightmare on elm Street 4 vibe going for her.
