IOW, for #18 to contend with Imperfect Cell on any level, her power would've had to have increased massively between then and now... But has a huge increase in her power ever been mentioned in DBS(honestly don't remember either way)..? Because I certainly got the impression that she's mostly been a stay-at-home mom/housewife since marrying Krillin. /shrug
