What is the difference between Ultra Instinct and Limit Breaker?
I saw the hour special of DBS and must say that seeing Goku in Ultra Instinct was awesome against Jiren and it was good to see him do it again when he was fighting Kefla. I also heard of a limit breaker form for Goku and wanted to know what the difference is between that and ultra Instinct or if they are the same? If someone could give me a description of Limit Breaker that would be great!

They're used to refer to the same thing, although I'd argue "Limit Breaker" is the more correct name. Goku's new form is the result of him "breaking through his limits," and achieving Ultra Instinct.
Ultra Instinct is not a transformation.

Limit Breaker appears to be a fanmade term, though it's possible it could get integrated into series if Goku reaches a higher level of 'ultra instinct' or whatever.

Ultra Instinct has two parts. Defensive (Blue) and Offensive (Red). Goku has master the defensive side.
Mastered Ultra Instinct (Which is not a form) has been reference may times and the words Limit Breaker have never be said.
Goku may be referred to as Limit Breaker but that will be nothing more than a name given to him for master UI.
