ISLAM has nothing to do with Israel - Palestine conflict; this conflict is territorial (not religious). And no! Muslims do not hate all Jews in general. Much of the hatred, is directed towards Zionists (Jewish fundamentalists) who envision formation of Greater Israel in the Middle East no matter the cost.

Holy Prophet (PBUH) did not hate Jews; he made a pact with the Jews of Medina for cooperation in the matters of security and economy but they violated the terms of the pact by colluding with pagans of Mecca who were conspiring against the Muslims and wanted to kill them all. Holy Prophet (PBUH) had no choice but to fight and Muslims prevailed in these conflicts.
