Also he grunted in pain for one panel, doesn't means he is exerting himself to basically oneshot Thanos.

You have yet to justify using the term �casual�. Specifically state what shows casualness. You grunt in pain after taking a shot. Grunting as you attack means you are exerting yourself.

One shotting means knocking someone out. Where do you see young Thanos knocked out?
