It's kinda hard to measure Undertale characters because we don't know how fast, strong, or powerful they really are.

That was nearly a year back.
I have a different stance on that now, Undertale characters can do all kinds of reality manipulation and warping.

Sans is pretty friggen op and takes this with relative ease.
