Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Let them think what they want, let them define you in their narrow little minds while they suppress every last piece of them just to keep a friend that never liked them for themselves in the first place.
It depends on how much stock and faith you have in the Saiyan Beyond God Base still being a thing in any part besides RoF. If it still is a thing, Piccolo would stand zero chance because Frost can hurt base Goku. If not, then Piccolo is logically stronger than base Goku, and should win. But base Goku/Vegeta's level swing all over the place in the anime.

Piccolo traded blows with other universe Namekians much stronger than him, and in the end was still able to beat them. Only way Frost wins now (in any form) is if he's allowed to do the gay needle shit again.
