Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Let them think what they want, let them define you in their narrow little minds while they suppress every last piece of them just to keep a friend that never liked them for themselves in the first place.
*sigh* Why is anybody still giving Slade that suit on these forums? If Superman couldn't get through it easily and had to stop holding back to break through it, bane obviously isn't getting through it.
Mainly, the smaller an object is, the weaker the defense.
And it wouldn't have stopped Superman from, say, trapping Slade. His super breath ice is strong enough to hold Bizarro Superman and New Krypton Kryptonians.
Or he could have dropped him in a pit as deep as the grand canyon. Or tried a super whistle/shout.
He just fought like an idiot.
