Yep, and that same quasi-magical ninja lost to a mentally hindered Iron Fist, who only had 15 (at least I think it was 15...might've been fewer) years of training and very little actual experience.
Putting up a fight against Iron Fist, showing clear superiority to Colleen (whenever he actually takes her seriously, he holds a clear advantage), taking out a group of Gao's military footsoldiers using nothing but a sword etc. is better than having, like, one fight and then dying.
And let's not forget he was tough enough to tank multiple gunshots to the chest.

Bakuto and his Hand brethren are the worst villains in Marvel history, but he wins this, especially considering Vault's abovementioned gunshot shrug-offs.
I still think Diamondback was WAY worse. At least the Hand did have an endgame. Restock on magical dragonbone juice, and then, IIRC, they were planning on taking back K'u- Lun. Diamondback was an angry idiot in a stupid super suit, who was basically going off about daddy issues.

Diamondback was entertaining in his ludicrousness.
The worst Marvel villains by far are Malekith, who I forgot half the time was in the movie, and The Pride from Runaways. God, I f.ucking hate how they ruined Runaways.
