Given May's high-end feats (like going toe-to-toe with LMDs and other beyond human opponents), I think she could take either solo. Two-on-one is going to be tough though.

She's been kind of underwhelming so far on this season of AoS though, because the writers have decided to put the spotlight on Daisy and give her most of the action.
