UI Goku that faced Kefla wouldnt do much against Toppo his attacks would just melt on his hakai aura he could dodge all his attacks and kick him around but he would run out of steam before he could do anything.
Lets face it UI Goku is kinda featless when it comes to attack power.
Kefla's attack wouldnt work on Toppo he would just hakai her into oblivion since she is kinda dumb.
The final flash that Vegeta did against Jiren did more then the spirit bomb Goku launched and that was pre boost Vegeta...and Toppo canceled one from Super Blue Vegeta.
Only reason Vegeta won is cause of the same stupid plot armor Goku uses time and time again.

Toppo wasnt weak everyone was pretty much shocked when he powered up even Jiren was kinda amazed Vegeta was able to beat him.
The problem was that the build up for him was short and he was just fanservice for Vegeta fans.
If you think about it a tired kaioken ssb Goku did more damage to Kefla then UI Goku.
Current SSBKKGoku is roughly equal to AssbVegeta(both should be much stronger then the Goku Kefla faced) who was losing to Toppo badly until the powerup.
The whole thing just seems dumb cause saiyans power just keep bumping like every second.
Current ones would prolly 2 punch their Top begining versions
Hakai energy is standard GoD shtick, whereas UI is something even the gods fear, even though some possess it to varying degree. Since Kefla was able to give UI a good challenge, I hate to admit it with how she’s overhyped but she probably is > current Toppo. She probably would’ve been even more a threat than she was if she had been saved for this point in the tournament as a semi-final opponent for U7, and would’ve given Frieza a run for his money and kept 17 on the ropes just the same as Toppp did.
Since she’s a hyper fused manifestation of Broly, her power continuously increases over time during battle. Had she been given more time, LSSJ2 may not have even been her limit, hard to say for sure. If Toppo is serious and goes full hakai on her straight away (assuming the dumb ToP rule of no killing doesn’t apply here on the forums) then it might be a wrap, but if left unchecked and dragged out, she’s become a bigger threat over time.
True to a point, sadly. With how Kefla pulled LSSJ2 out of her ass though when she saw UI Goku, who knows what she’d eventually have up her sleeve against other or even bigger foes. Then again, the potara time limit might hasten depending on how strong she gets like it did for Vegito.
It’s not like UI Goku was dishing out Mastered UI level attacks against Kefla, the most we can really say about those attacks is that they’re probably above KKx20 Goku level in power, and KKx20 Goku then =/= KKx20 Goku now. Kefla’s final assault slightly grazed Goku twice, which is highly impressive, but her attacks never landed again, and Goku ultimately took her out pretty handily.
Current Blue KKx20 and ASSB Vegeta can swap hands with a Jiren who is > the Jiren that stalemated UI the first time, and Toppo was shitting on ASSB Vegeta. It took an enormous powerup + a final explosion (which amps Vegeta immensely more) to take out Toppo, and even then, Toppo’s Final hakai made a spectacle of it.

Eh, Kefla was NOT able to contend with UI Goku on ANY level, tbh. Sure, she took a few of his punches, but those were explicitly stated to be WEAKER than his standard punches because he was putting thought into them(thereby defeating the concept of UI.) Moreover, Goku himself was explicitly stated to be all but powerless when he initially became UI against Kefla, which heavily affected the overall stamina of that form(which is why he could only use a single blast before he was completely spent.) That said, ONE serious blast from UI Goku still took Kefla out of the game in a f*cking decisive fashion... End of story.
Flip side, standard ASSB Vegeta = *current* SSB Goku /w/ KKx20... Which is important, because Goku is FAR more powerful now then he was the first time he fought Jiren in ep. 109-110... Yet Hakaishin Toppo f*cking DEMOLISHED ASSB Vegeta with very little effort. It was only AFTER Vegeta gained a massive emotion-boost that he was able to gain an advantage over Toppo, but that's irrelevant here.
Tbh, there is literally NO reason to think Kefla would stand ANY sort of chance against Hakaishin Toppo -- one decent "Hakai" and it's over, imo(and this is secondary to the fact that her attacks would be completely ineffectual against the destruction energy he is enveloped in.) Realistically, the Hakai-energy would also atomize Kefla's Potara earrings, subsequently defusing her... But I'm assuming that isn't allowed here.
And so long as Dyspo uses his 'ultimate' speed right out of the gate, he could effectively neutralize/incapacitate Hit, nigh-instantly.
Team 2 stomps, is what I'm saying...
