Lets say a regular human can type one line of code in 5 seconds. Supergirl typed quintillions of lines in less than a second. This makes Supergirl at least 5 quintillion times faster than a normal human.
For comparison, Ultimate Quicksilver went to Wundagore and back within less than a second (as per the scan in the OP). A normal human would've made that trip in less than a month on foot. So, being generous to Ult. QS, he was 5 million times faster than a normal human.
This means that Supergirl is at least a trillion times faster than Ult. QS who, in turn, is much, much faster than the 616 QS.
I just want to thank Carver for creating a thread that proves, once and for all, that no one in that shit anime Dragon Ball is as fast as Superman.
I challenge him to prove otherwise, with like for like feats. (And lets be honest here.. everything Crazy Carv posts is to undermine Supermans speed. Against Hulk, and against Goku.)

And let's compare the speed of light to a human's speed.
A decent human punch may be 20 mph. Or under ~Mach 0.03. Lightspeed by comparison is ~Mach 874,000. That means lightspeed is only 30 million times faster than an above average human punch.
