If you have loki, Thor or Odin controlling it or wearing the armor Juggernaut loses every time. The Destroyer was designed to fight the space gods Celestial it can kill God level beings such as Thor, Loki or Odin.
I agree although I've never understood this reasoning, when it comes to the Destroyer. Although it was designed to fight Celestials, it did a very poor job in doing so. So, just because it was designed to do something doesn't mean it it'll fulfil its intended goal.
Not really. It lopped off the arm of an unready Calculator, who was just standing there - likely, because the Celestials were curious about the Destroyer. After that, it was one sided. The vaunted disintegration beam had no effect. If the design was any good, the disintegration beam would have had some effect, even on one Celestial. I’m not expecting some wide AoE disintegration beam that was going to kill the whole host, but at least against one Celestial. A punch from the Destroyer did nothing. What can be said is the Oversword was sharp as hell and the armor itself is tough - but as far as being designed to kill Celestials (or a Celestial), it falls way short. Maybe designed to take considerable damage from Celestials but designed to 'kill' Celestials? No.
