That's Laughable on its face. Batman doest use knives, isnt a superhuman with claws, etc.

all these bs excuses are amusing though.

Batman just owned Deathstroke, a much more formidable opponent than Panther, lately. As for cutting someone's head off, Slade basically killed Warblade, a much tougher foe than Sabretooth.

Panther beat Jeb Stane with both hands behind his back. Stane is Iron Man-level in formdiability.

you done now?

Batman still doesnt use knives nor does he have superhuman stats or claws. Thus--no counter for PAnther's suit.
