TP Resistance. Who has it, who's strongest?
Was reading a thread that pointed out that when the plot requires, -no- character has TP resistance.
Earth (both MU & DC) has been taken over way too many times for TP resistance to be 100%.
Still, who's most consistent at having it/who's able to resist TP better than most is the question.

Captain America is not consistent. MU in general can’t keep the their lore together without relying on plot devices to save some sorry as script.
Case and point Cable had no problem messing with Steve’s mind in Cable and Deadpool.

I would say Diana has a pretty good shot thanks to her Lasso.
Outside of the big names. Angel, as a vampire is immune to most form of mind control. It took a higher level being in the form of Jasmine that could mind control the whole World at full power even if you just saw her on a television screen to trap him.
And if you’re soulless, you’re immune to all form of mind control.

SlashingDeath can explain it much more in depth than me since he's the one who showed me it. Wouldn't want to steal his thunder. Just be sure to hold onto your butt next time you see him post, it's a doozy.

G.I Joe Infestation 2 issue #2. Snake Eyes and Stormshadow both resisted being mind controlled/mutated by the Old Ones. According to the solicitations from IDW, these are confirmed to be the very same Old Ones from the H.P. Lovecraft mythos. These very same Old Ones are so powerful that they created humanity without even knowing it, humans literally die/become crazy just from looking at them, they're immortal, etc.

I accidentally uploaded that backwards, so read the last panel first and go up from there.
Btw, even the Old Ones were impressed with Snake Eyes and even expressed how much they wish he was on their side.
