My rough power levels put Buuhan's PL in the tens of trillions. Saiyan Arc Goku is ~8,000. So with those figures MUI would have to be a several billion-fold multiplier...

To actually answer this seriously, I don't think the farmer would have any sort of fighting technique or ability to do basic things like fly unless if being that powerful just naturally gives you those abilities. smile
