Her purpose, is for a final boss fight of the FP, that is all tbh.
I'm guessing their will be more force users like this in the future, with new events.
Unless they are relevant to the Main Plot and make sense Lore/universe, or is an Operation, like Eternal Vault. they don't belong on the upper echelons of Force users such as Arcann/Revan/Vaylin etc.

I find these nigh impossible to place, since they are around the same level. Maybe Ulic at the top, because of shown potential.

Via scaling, and being the most powerful force user out of the Jedi enclave, by the time of Mando wars i'd say Revan surpassed Thon, and so on. Via Exar being> them.
Malak wasn't far behind Revan in power, as shown with Darth Revans/Malaks "desperate" fight.
Meetra I don't think can scale to the TOTJ crew, nor can she contend with Revan/Malak tbh.
Wylett can't scale from either KOTOR/TOTJ
nor can Satele
or jensyn
HoT/Barsen'thor, as the Outlander. Get enough, praise/feats/and wonky scaling, to be close to Revans tier, or possibly Above:maybe
