You could argue that porn itself is a workaround. Pornstars are essentially prostitutes, but because the act is being filmed for commercial reasons it becomes protected under the first amendment.

Yeah I think so. I have long been in favor of legalizing it. Same goes for most drugs. I have a bit of a libertarian streak when it comes to things like that. I think well minded adults should be free to do more or less what they want with their own bodies.
