TBF. 'Allegedly violated...', but at this point, it's probably true. I'd give it at least a 99.7% chance of being true, considering it's Trump and his lawyers.

Not sure who believes the story that Trump's lawyer paid Daniels $130K out of his own pocket because reasons. Well, Trumpers do, but that's a given.

Cohen could be disbarred for claiming he fronted the payment on behalf of his client. Risking his license and all future income might be worth it if he had a client who would pay him millions to do so. But Trump has a history of not paying people, so he would have to be a fool to do it.

I do. Just like I told you during the election that if Clinton is indeed guilty of everything she was being accused of then, she should go down for it.
