As per Frieza's training, even non-golden form should stomp the hell out of a run of the mill SSJ like Cabba. Cabba was already SSJ2 when he got ambushed and taken out by Frieza in the ToP and the golden form even then was still kinda overkill.

If this is revival of F frieza then he’d have to go golden. If it’s T.O.P frieza then final form should be enough to low dif cabba.
