Zonama is practically an entity, or rather, a higher tier of entity than Valkorion is. So I'd say Zonama wins it unless he's totally oblivious to Valkorion deciding to use a drain on him, which is honestly pretty out of the question I'd say.
Though I don't think Zonama would have an easy time at all of overpowering Valkorion.
