Hm, true- that could potentially give him a win. However, with the no-limits fallacy alone, I don't think we could put Amazo on Frieza's level, which is trillions of times superior to what he can do in the show.
Also, the Green Lanterns outright stated that they could take Golden Amazo down. Even Luthor and Ray weren't convinced that Amazo could win in an all-out battle with the GLC. Also, Solomon Grundy almost killed Amazo- who had to teleport away and flee from the fight. If Solomon Grundy and the GLC have even the slightest chance of beating Amazo(which they did), then there is no way in hell that Amazo could even withstand a single blow from Golden Frieza who would turn him into Swiss cheese within attoseconds of the fight beginning.
