Hela was Hella op in Ragnarok. She can't be killed (unless by Cosmic level beings like full Powered Surtur.) Thanos loses in the first scenario. Against full powered Thanos he'd just turn her to bubbles. OR blocks. Or spaghetti. Or whatever.

here's the thing tho.... Throughout the film [SPOILER - highlight to read]: Thanos had the Power Gem throughout. He started with it when we are introduced to him proper and never put it or the Gauntlet down. Any speculation on how he would fight without it is just that - speculation. We have no idea how powerful his base power is, unless we use the comics as a reference.
