What CDTM believes;
Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Let them think what they want, let them define you in their narrow little minds while they suppress every last piece of them just to keep a friend that never liked them for themselves in the first place.

Didn't want to muddy the op with my thoughts:
One thing that sticks out, is the hate is real. I'm only guessing its comparable to the hate I've seen up close from true blue Righties, but my god do these people take their politics way too seriously. They're the flawed but well meaning side (Too much work trying to be "good"), the other guys are the devil. Always the same, on either side.
There's quite a few disturbing quotes, imo.. For example, one guy says "(The president of Fox) knows his job is to create a tribal identity, not a news organization."
That could mean he thinks Fox isn't meant to be news, and Fox alone. OR it could mean he thinks the job of news is tribal politics, period. All news.
Master Control Unit help us all, if its the second.

A few more:
One journalist admits, outright, that the white house leaks news to both sides, depending on political need. He implied no one really does actual digging beyond these press releases.
Another one claimed the mainstream media squash's stories that actually helps the people. These are mere employees, after all, so I can believe they hardly comtrol a new organizations true objectives.
