I would say he was definitely above human in physical stats. Being able to untwist the metal rail Wade wrapped around his neck, smacking him around with his robo arm. Then taking blasts from Firefist, being smacked into a car by Juggernaut hard enough to leave a big dent, the truck accident etc. all without sustaining serious injury. Then there was his speed, where he was fast enough to react to (I think) Domino's fire in the one sequence, and raise his shield to block point blank shots in other instances, as well as keep up with Wade in melee, who has superhuman speed/reactions.
Also, he either has low-level tk, or some kind of magnetic thing on his weapons that allows him to recall them back to him.

Cable's blunt force durability is at least as good as Captain America's, but he never got stabbed or shot, or anything so we don't know what kind of damage soak he has. And BP's main offensive tool is his claws

BP wins. Cable was a bit nerfed in the movie, at least in strength and durability. He seemed only a smidge higher than DP in p physical stats outside his robo arm.
His gadgets will definitely make this a contest but BPs new suit can probably take it, and Cable won't last too long in cqc.
