I knew Grievous was taller than Vader at his full height but he still didn't look that much taller when they fought on the landing platform. Again, Grievous wasn't standing up completely but still.

Grievous is canonically just 4 inches taller than Vader(7'1 compared to 6'8.) So I don't think the OP pic is quite to scale...(please log in to view the image)
