Take Leo on 1on1. It'll be simpler, team efforts are always a pain to coordinate.

If you want, I can start looking for judges. Who else do you have in mind? I am envisaging three in total, so need two more.

His "lack" of knowledge and/or experience is in no way shape or form a legitimate reason to decline a bz with him.
