Seriously though, I think that attack would have more or less the same effect as Manchester Black giving Superman a stroke ...just get the man mad enough to show the Elite - or in this case, Super Skrull - just what Kal is capable of when he’s not holding back.

Talking about bubbles in the brain - how long was Black Adam out for when Dr Morrow used technology to ‘tesseract’ a space the size of a FOOTBALL FIELD inside the brain of Adam? It knocked Adam unconscious, but it’s interesting it didn’t kill him.
And talking about warping technology, Captain Marvel (Shazam not the girl) was also turned inside out - literally inside out - using similar technology, and didn’t die, and Superman holding a black hole in his hands shows a real level of resilience.
With that said, in a battle I know exactly how I would use Super Skrull to properly defeat Superman. It wouldn’t be via bubbles to brains (or urethras, although urethra is close ...), or super nova heat blasts (wouldn’t work), or Thing-like strength (too weak), or invisibility (wouldn’t be effective), or super stretchiness (would snap). There’s a way though ...
If Super Skrull had someone who could move at high speedster levels, he'd be a lot more formidable.
Equalized speed, he definitely has a good shot here.
