Q: I was just wondering would Darth Vader have won the duel against Ben Kenobi anyway even if Kenobi didn't sacrifice himself to let Luke and the others escape?
A: On paper, Anakin should have defeated Obi-Wan on Mustafar and Maul should have defeated him on Naboo. So you could say Obi-Wan has a knack for finding a way to win.

Idk why but I always got the impression Kenobi could have won that duel as well.

A feeling of fullness, of power, of dark and demon mastery -- of secret lusts, unrestrained passion, wild submission -- all these things were in Vader's heart as he neared his Emperor. These things and more."

However, knowledge must've been lost in some kind of Gravid-like incident, as Az turned out to be a mid-tier debater with a sub-par track record, sh!itting all over Tempest's legacy. Sad."

Me too. Ben may be old, but was Vader's master, and we saw him do a lot of crazy wizard stuff, and Vader, while strong, seemed to not know as much about the force. Purely speaking from 1977's perspective, I think it would've made sense that Kenobi would win.
And then legends gave us the megalith feat and the bloodwolf.
