rules are straight forward--all powers available from both picks. only prep allowed is a defensive shield. no flash, or flash-like characters allowed. other than that, post questions here. we keep this thing simple, and moving.

never done this with 6, so let's make this a good one. make your pick after the person in front of you has chosen and post here. no rush. we can institute a timeframe if it seems to be taking too long.

no one really answered the issue about matter manip on opponents i asked, so i'll address it more completely. no one can turn you into a turnip, but at this level manip on equipment (armor, weapons, etc) IS legal, and always has been. like this:

that is also not to say you can't affect opponents in other ways, just that wholesale turning into turnips is illegal. thumb up

no time manip was mentioned, as was no power copying or dupes. any other concerns about rules or characters voice them now or forever keep the peace.

btw--please try and peek at the thread as often as you can for changes and issues that need to be handled.
