Metro Man still wins even with Flash time being as uber as it is. Flash still has to clear the bar of pre-Superman Clark...though it helps that he finally caught up to the later seasons of the character.
Spending 45 minutes in Flash Time was impressive. Metro Man however spent an entire day messing around including reading several books, contemplating life, and things like that. All before a beam of light moved more than a few inches.

I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.
