I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.
What a strange question. You might as well ask if Hulk, Thor, Superman, or any other super strong character was using super strength when they throw a punch that doesn't put a hole in a building.

Baring the jump and closing her hand around the sword at the end; She looked to be moving at the same speed as everyone else, Batman included.
