The dude like lady from GOT takes on the Devil of Hell's Kitchen.
Fight in an empty karate dojo. Brienne has her armor, DD has his suit. Both at peak.
Round 1: Pure h2h
Round 2: Brienne has her standard weapons, DD has his Billy clubs
Bonus round: DCEU Bats and The Hound join in respectively DD's and Brienne's side for the fistfight

Majority of GoT characters are too slow and clunky to compete with your average skilled action hero. DD wins this. Brienne's armor might prove a bit of a challenge but I don't see Brienne being able to land any decent hits on DD.
