This is beyond dumb, Outlander gives Revan a decent fight. But to say Outlander is ABOVE him is Ludicrous, the only one from TOR era that is above Revan is Vitiate/Valkorion. No one else can touch him.
Revan's force abilities are too much for Outlander.
Outlander would beat the dogshit out of Malak, in all honesty.
But he's not matching Revan, who got more and more powerful until he was ragdolling people that would have given his KOTOR iteration a good fight, and frying people into ash using Tutaminis on a dark side nexus, while also giving a good fight in single combat against one of the most powerful Sith Lord's in all of SW History.
It’s not exactly ridiculous to consider that someone capable of beating Unchained Vaylin, who in turn is vastly more powerful than Chained Vaylin, who in turn directly overpowered Spirit Valkorion, is more powerful than Revan. I would simply argue that the Outlander has stronger evidence via a more direct line of scaling to Spirit Valkorion.

I can't really buy that line of scaling with what Weakened Spirit Valkorion did at the end of KOTET to The Outlander(With his body back), Weakened UC Vaylin, and Arcann.
The Outlander is hot sauce. He's at minimum Revan tier in raw power by the end of KOTET. If you assume he's lower, you'll find too many contradictions in the Vaylin, Valkorion, Revan, Outlander powerscale.
2. The fight was still ultimately Spirit Valkorion vs Spirit Outlander, Spirit Vaylin, and Spirit Arcann. Hell, when the Outlander actually uses having his mind back to his advantage, he ends the fight.

1.Hmmm? not being weakened, after just fighting the Outlander?
2.Ultimately The Outlander had gained his body back, thus logically it implies his strength.
1. Yes. Because Spirit Valk simply resurrects her and she gets up as if she had taken no damage.
2. There’s no evidence to suggest that the Outlander grew more powerful upon freeing his mind/spirit (which is what he did by using the holocron) beyond merely being brought to an even playing field with the other spirits. This is clearly nothing like physical EoKotET Outlander vs Spirit Valkorion.
3. Uhh...that’s likely because at that point, Valkorion had already conquered the Outlander’s mind. Oh...and he also needed Unchained Vaylin’s spirit to help do it.

1. So you are admitting Valkorion, revived her force reserves? the only logical explanation, other than her being weakened.
2.Valkorion, never fully dominated the outlanders mind, as you stated he used, the holocron. was used to give HoT back full control.
3.Huh? no he hadn't hence, why he needed to attack the outlander, and knock him out, Use his force technique. Sure he was in the perfect position to complete his domination. But nothing indicates that this would of hindered the Outlanders strength, as it wasn't implied with the outlander leading up to him taking the throne. He would notice, a difference in strength otherwise,
