By Thor's own words, Mjolnir is not immune to Magneto's powers.

Therefore, there's no reason he can't replicate Red Hulk's feat. He doesn't need to be worthy.

Yes, exactly.

He wasn't overpowering the enchantment or anything, he simply found a way around it - which is something Magnus can do with his powers.
