Parts of it, yes, but Disney only made the old ones non-canon to make room for the new ones.
Boba still, to my knowledge, has some kick-ass comic books that are canon.
Anyway, I can't wait for episode 8, every day is agonizing waiting for it, so I've been watching some other shows like Batman Beyond, nothing SW-based has scratched my itch so far.
It started off strong, but gets kind of progressively dumber.
I mean, Mando just makes some odd decisions. And gets his butt kicked way too often for a walking arsenal that can fly.
Main problem is I keep asking "where are they going with this", because right now it has a directionless sitcom vibe to it where situations are forced in, just to bring on the wacky hijinks.

I dont know why people have an issue with this. You want Mando to be some kind of invincible mary sue that always wins?
That is why i dont like a lot of the EU, because they make certain characters into these types of mary sues.
Same people that complain about Mando not being "bad ass" enough are the same people that complain Rey is a mary sue which is hypocritical.
Mando not always being invincible is great and makes for far a better interesting character.
Why, have they finally gotten rid of that godawful baby Yoda?

[SPOILER - highlight to read]: There is an episode where Mando has to transport this frog alien to another planet where her husband lives and works. She needs to get there so he can fertilize the eggs she has laid, which are the last ones she will ever be able to create and the last of her entire ancestral line. The eggs are kept in a specialized container. Throughout the episode baby Yoda eats several eggs lol. And it is played for laughs too(the lady is unaware but mando sees it). Even after she guns down an alien and saves his life he eats another egg once she is asleep. I found it funny, but some got triggered.

She made an Instagram post which apparently read as follows:

^ She also implied the pandemic was fake, as was the election result. So she has said a lot of stupid shit no doubt. Just not sure she should be fired for that.
But then again the plan was for her to have her own show, so then her stupid shot would stand out more then.
