I think Manji could take him.
Wade has the better healing factor, but he also screws around a lot more. And he can be dismembered or decapitated as easily as Manji can.
Only difference, is he'll regrow lost body parts over time, while Manji needs to reattach them (If he lived in modern times, with weapons that could shred you, he'd be in some trouble)

Never let anyone else define you.
