Rd 1. Grifter is obviously the better martial artist, but he has no answer for Diamond Form. Emma takes it.
Rd 2. Emma's telepathy is astronomically more powerful, so she stomps most versions. Grifter with the mega TK could, in theory, make it a quick draw though. Then again, diamon form is a consideration here.
