Without the inclusion of any amped feats, which if taken literally means all of them (amped by the Force, like all things) or if taken colloquially means any feats that have taken place on an exceptionally potent nexus of the dark side, then Bane has very few feats at all to draw from. Meetra, similarly, derives most of her feats from game mechanics, meaning the exact nature of all of her victories are shrouded in mystery - we can glean nothing interesting from them, on an empirical basis. The only time we did see Meetra in action in novel format, she was soundly defeated by Nyriss, and only had success against fodder guards.
Which leaves us with only one variable to distinguish the two of them (aside from being exceptionally powerful Force users of their time with little to show for it) - Bane is male, and thus naturally produces more testosterone. He is not only physically stronger in every way pound for pound, but he is also physically much larger. He is also naturally more aggressive, intelligent, creative and so on - and historically the most powerful Force users are overwhelmingly male. Even on average, two Force sensitive twins will see discrepancies in their combat prowess if their sex is different - the male is almost always the superior.
On that basis, Bane surely then must be superior to Meetra.
